Prices are are subject to change without notice. YCIS takes care to make sure that any published  links and advertisements for products and services are accurate. It does not benefit us at all to annoy our customers with price changes! But fluctuations in currency exchanges and supply chain can have an effect on the prices reflected onsite. Sometimes it is to the customers' advantage, but where it is not, we can only ask our customers to please select and check your order value before fulfilling payment. We want you to be happy with your purchases and recommend us for our good values so don't hesitate to contact us if you need to tell us anything.


Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (GMT). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
Shipping addresses outside the UK: It will remain at £1.20 standard, unless it is a bulk order weighing more than 0.25kg. You will be contacted if this is the case.


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of undamaged and defective merchandise. The merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. 


Please note the order number or your details with the return address and credit information so that we can process it in a timely manner.
